Ryan McLaughlin

Ryan joins the team in Kansas City, MO. Ryan has worked on large scale commercial projects throughout the United States. He has over 15 years of experience in the AEC industry along with a decade of experience in the financial industry. He excels in building relationships through open communication and mutual trust. Ryan is skilled at connecting complex technical solutions with business objectives to develop high value partnerships.

A native of Kansas City, Ryan played lacrosse at Marquette University which fed his competitive nature and instilled a deep appreciation of the importance of teamwork and accountability.

Ryan is an active volunteer and sits on community and professional boards. Outside of work, you can find him playing golf, hiking, cycling, or at one of his kids’ sporting events, – which he may also be coaching.
